The North Tahoe Public Utility District provides our utility customers with a variety of utility billing and payment options to pay your water and/or wastewater bill each month. Our new Utility Customer Billing Website offers new payments options including – Autopay, e-Check, Pay-by-Phone, and credit card payments.

Online Billing Instructions
Create My Account and Login
To create a profile, you will need a copy of your statement with the following information:
- Utility Account Number
- Last Name or Business Name (case sensitive)

Setting Up My Autopayment
The Auto Pay option can automatically deduct your monthly payment from your bank account or credit card. NTPUD will still send you a copy of your statement showing the account balance and payment processing date, but you won’t need to take any action. Automatic payments are processed on the 20th.

Set up a Scheduled or Reoccurring Payment
This option allows you to schedule payment(s) for a future date in an amount you select. You can choose to have this process for a specified number of payments or continue monthly. You will have to register your account with a password for this option.

Managing Multiple Online Billing Account
Customers with multiple accounts can add additional account(s) to their profile so they can see all their accounts with one login.

Managing Your Tenant Billing Account
Owner’s can set tenant(s) up with online guest access to make payments and view account information. The homeowner will need to create an online account and provide permission for the tenant’s email.
