Join us for the return of the Lost Sauna Company Wellness Series at the North Tahoe Event Center.
Each Sunday, we will focus on a different guided breathing technique in the Lakeview Room, followed by a group cold plunge in Lake Tahoe and then a lakeside sauna session.
