The North Tahoe Public Utility District is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and versatile individual who loves working with people and creating great guest experiences to join our team as an Event Center Coordinator.

This position is based at the beautiful North Tahoe Event Center in Kings Beach, on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, and supports the promotion, scheduling, booking, and on-site coordination of a wide range of events and facility rentals. The Event Center Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while providing excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and guests.

Full-time, year-round with excellent benefit package (summary of benefits here) that includes CalPERS pension program, District-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents, $3,500 annual contribution to HRA, 12 paid holidays, paid time-off (sick, personal, vacation), long-term disability and group life insurance. The District will also support the employee’s certification process.
