Event Series Event Series: ParkFit Fridays

Kick off the weekend at the park with a high-energy morning workout.

Movements will change weekly and focus on functional fitness. Elements of the park’s fitness equipment and park features will be incorporated into each unique workout. Improve your overall fitness and get fit for your Tahoe adventures. Workouts will include a group warm-up, cool-down, and instruction. Programmed and coached by NTPUD’s Certified Trainer.

  • Ages: 15+ (minors must be with an adult)
