NTPUD Recreation and Park Commission meets on the fourth Thursday, bi-monthly at 6 pm, held at the North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Blvd, Kings Beach, CA 96143.
About the Commission
The Board of Directors invites District residents and business owners who have an interest in recreation and parks to volunteer and serve on the Recreation and Parks Commission. Its members are an advisory commission to the NTPUD Board of Directors and liaison between the Board and the community on matters related to Recreation and Parks.
The Commission consists of five (5) members and two (2) youth members and up to two (2) alternates. Applications received will be submitted to the Board of Directors and reviewed for consideration of their appointment. Members serve three (3) year terms and youth members serve one (1) year terms and both may serve multiple terms.
