Guest arriving via car are required to pay a parking fee for their vehicle. This use fee does not apply to those arriving via bicycle or on foot.

How to Pay

Daily Park Use

Parking fees for daily use can be paid in the following ways:

  • Pre-pay ahead on the ParkMobile website
  • Download the ParkMobile app and pay using your smartphone
  • Pay using a Pay Station – located inside the North Tahoe Regional Park or in the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area – Parking Lot B.
  • Cash is accepted only at the Pay Stations located at the restrooms inside the North Tahoe Regional Park.

Search for the following parking zones in the ParkMobile app to find your lot:

  • North Tahoe Regional Park (Upper and Lower Parking Lots): Zone 12890
  • Mellow Meadow Sled Hill (within in the North Tahoe Regional Park): Zone 12888
  • Tahoe Vista Recreation Area – Parking Lot B (on National Avenue): Zone 12889

NTPUD residents

NTPUD Residents receive two parking passes for free parking. View more information about your resident benefits.

Non-resident annual passes

Purchase your NTPUD Parking Pass for unlimited parking at North Tahoe Regional Park and Tahoe Vista Recreation Area for $220 per year.

Coupons are provided to validate parking for the following events:

  • Tahoe TreeTop guests
  • Tahoe Adventure Company guests
  • Local youth sports participating in practice (games have parking fee)
  • Special events that have been pre-paid

If you have received a coupon code, you will need to enter it each time you visit the park. Use the ParkMobile app for the smoothest experience. You can also enter your coupon code at the pay station or via text-to-pay.
