What do you need to do?
The NTPUD will be launching a new Online Utility Customer Billing Portal in April 2025.
Customers do not need to do anything now. Please stay tuned for information on how to register and setup your account in the new online system.
Existing online billing and autopay customers will be sent instructions on how to transfer to the new system in March 2025.
