
Utility Operations
The Utility Operations Department is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the District’s Water and Sewer systems.
The Sewer system includes the following assets:
- 75 Miles of Gravity Sewer Line
- 7 Miles of Sewer Force Main
- 4 Collection Sewer Pump Stations
- 14 Satellite Sewer Pump Stations
- 770 Sewer Manholes
A variety of service activities are required to maintain and operate District sewer systems:
- Sewer Line Cleaning
- Sewer Spill Response
- Pump Station Maintenance
- Easement Clearing and Maintenance
- Manhole Cleaning
- Sewer Line Repair
- Video Inspections of Sewer Lines
- Service Connection Maintenance
- Underground Service Alert Marking
The Water system includes the following assets:
- 3,622 Water Meters for our Customers
- Production and Treatment of 536 Million Gallons of Water in 2008
- Eight (8) Water Tanks with 3.47 Million Gallons of Storage
- Six (6) Pressure Zones
- Three (3) Booster Systems
- Two (2) Wells
- Three (3) Lake Intakes
