Utility Operations

The Utility Operations Department is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the District’s Water and Sewer systems.

The Sewer system includes the following assets:

75 Miles of Gravity Sewer Line
7 Miles of Sewer Force Main
4 Collection Sewer Pump Stations
14 Satellite Sewer Pump Stations
770 Sewer Manholes

A variety of service activities are required to maintain and operate District sewer systems:

Production and Treatment of 536 Million Gallons of Water in 2008
Eight (8) Water Tanks with 3.47 Million Gallons of Storage
Six (6) Pressure Zones
Three (3) Booster Systems
Two (2) Wells
Three (3) Lake Intakes
